Christmas Eve is full of anticipation for a child. The lights glow, the house grows quiet, and dreams begin long before morning arrives.
In this design, a little girl sleeps peacefully. But instead of dreaming about the presents she might unwrap, she's dreaming about the gift that came on the first Christmas: Jesus, lying in a manger.
It's a gentle reminder that what fills our thoughts matters. Philippians 4:8 encourages us to dwell on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and worthy of praise. Colossians 3:2 calls us to set our minds on things above.
There's nothing wrong with the excitement of gifts and Christmas morning. But imagine helping a child look beyond the packages to the Savior whose birth we celebrate. The greatest Christmas gift was never under a tree.
